This Trom 615 is a Heavy-Duty portable trommel screen designed primarily for medium producers.
Typically, these units are used for screening topsoil, compost, peat, sand, mulch, and bark.
Powering this trommel screen an 80hp 4.5 liter John Deere diesel engine.
It's equipped with a 5 1/2 yard hopper and the variable speed feeder has a 30" belt feed.
The trommel screen is 6' X 15", is variable speed and has a removable and reversible drum.
The conveyor is 36" wide and has a 13' discharge height.
Hours Meter shows 603 and this trailer has solid tires.
This unit is needing many hoses replaced. We haven't function tested this unit yet. If you know Screen plants, you know what these go for. This is a nice medium sized unit that you can feed with a loader, skidsteer, or set up a conveyer into the hopper area. We bought this unit to produce dirt for our landscape supply business, but we have been too busy with our equipment business to spend any time on it. We are listing it as is, but with a few hoses and a couple hours, I really think it will run just fine.
VERY NICE JD 4.5L diesel. These engines usually go 10-15k hours. NO EMMISSIONS to worry about. 4.5L is very popular and easy to get parts/ service. Let us know if you have questions. Nice tires, wheels, and lights are all working.
The front does come off when you have it where you want it. Then the discard material comes out the front area there. Easy to clean up from there or set up a conveyer to put that material in a pile further away.
